Privacy policy

  1. The Company collects from the user: name, mobile telephone number, email address if provided, gender if specified, addresses and their position on the map, and bookings, messages and ratings.
  2. It collects from the Specialist, in addition to the above: his photograph, experience, services and prices, working hours, photographs of his work and his certificates, and his identity documents and certificate of no criminal record.
  3. Device information, operating system, application version, and usage and crash logs are collected automatically, for the purpose of correcting faults and improving the service.
  4. The Company collects no banking information and no card numbers, payment being made in cash and outside the application.
  5. Information is used to create the account and verify the telephone number; to display Specialists near the user and calculate distance; to pass on what the Specialist needs in order to reach him; to send notifications relating to bookings and messages; to protect the application against fraud and misuse; and to improve the service.
  6. The Company does not sell user information and does not make it available to any third party for advertising purposes.
  7. The Specialist does not see the Customer's telephone number or detailed address until he has accepted the request; before that, what is shown to him is limited to the first name, the district, the service, the time and the price.
  8. Identity documents are seen only by the Company's review team and are not displayed to any Customer or Specialist.
  9. The Company may share information with an official body where required by law or where the protection of a right or a person's safety so requires.
  10. The Company uses technical service providers for hosting, messaging, mapping and notifications, who receive the minimum necessary to operate the service.
  11. The application requests the location once, when the address is set on the map and with the user's permission. There is no background tracking and no recording of movements. Only the address point the user has fixed is stored, and he may remove it at any time.
  12. User information is retained for so long as the account subsists.
  13. On deletion of the account the name, telephone number, email address, addresses, photographs, certificates, the text of messages sent and notifications, and the notification tokens, are deleted immediately and permanently. Completed bookings (date, service, price and status) and ratings given by others remain without any name or detail identifying their author, being also a record belonging to the other party and required for accounting and legal purposes, as do safety reports.
  14. Identity documents are destroyed when the account is deleted, and may be destroyed earlier once the need for them has ceased.
  15. The user may view and amend his information from "My details" and "My addresses", delete his account from within the application, and control notifications from their settings.
  16. The Company employs encrypted transmission and internal access controls, and identity documents are held separately from other images.
  17. No system is secure in absolute terms. Should a breach occur affecting a user's information, he and the competent authorities are notified in accordance with due process.
  18. The application is not directed at persons under eighteen years of age and their information is not knowingly collected. Where an account is found to belong to a minor it is suspended and its information deleted.
