Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time from inside the Shakoush app:

  1. Open the app and sign in with your number.
  2. Go to “Account”.
  3. Tap “Delete my account” at the bottom of the page, then confirm.

Deleted immediately and permanently: your name, phone number and email, your addresses, your photos, work and certificates, your ID and criminal-record documents, the text of the messages you sent, your notifications and the notification tokens on your devices. What stays, with no identity attached: finished bookings (date, service, price, status) and ratings other people gave, because they are the other party’s record as well, and safety reports. Any open booking is cancelled with the account, and the other party is notified.

If the app is no longer on your phone

Reinstall it, sign in with the same number, and follow the steps above.
